My favorite steakhouse at Walt Disney World is The Turf Club Bar and Grill.  My husband and I found the restaurant while on our honeymoon in May 2018.  It quickly became one of our favorite restaurants on Disney property.

The restaurant is located at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  Given the hotel is modeled after Saratoga Springs New York, the décor of the restaurant has an east coast vibe.  This made it feel like home.  The staff was very welcoming and the food is simply amazing.

The appetizers are all delicious however, there are two that I highly recommend.  The first is the Classical French Onion soup.  It pairs really well with a steak for a main course.  The second is The Turf Club’s Grilled Romaine Salad.  The ingredients in the salad (grilled romaine hearts, roasted tomatoes, balsamic vinegar glaze, Caesar dressing, and croutons) all work together to create a memorable salad.

My favorite entrée is a grilled New York Strip (cooked medium well).  The roasted garlic butter on the steak is nothing short of AMAZING! I wish I had a photo of the steak but I never take a photo because I am focused on eating it.  Peter always gets the prime rib (cooked medium rare, with an extra sear on a grill before served).  This is the only place he ever orders prime rib (both in Florida and Connecticut).

While I love the crème brulee and the banana pudding my absolute favorite dessert is the chocolate and peanut butter.  I can often go without a dessert but at The Turf Club Bar and Grill I never pass up the opportunity to eat this treat.  I actually have a photo of it!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chocolate includes a chocolate cookie, peanut butter mousse, and raspberry sauce to dip. It makes me want to go back to Walt Disney World right now.

One thing I would like to mention is the amazing staff.   They are all so kind and knowledgeable in their jobs.  I mentioned that we visited on our honeymoon in May 2018.  We went back in August 2018 and the staff still remembered us!  This made it very warm, inviting, and special.  In addition, we were celebrating my birthday in August.  The staff made me feel extra special with some surprises:

A birthday cupcake, exclusive trading pin (which I promised not to trade), and a special birthday card signed by the staff.

I can not wait to be back at Walt Disney World to visit The Turf Club Bar and Grill.  Definitely check it out on your next visit.

Love,

Lisa
